Kate Keene and the Continuous Improvement Process

Novell wanted something to liven up their all-day "Continuous Improvement Process" seminar. Sometimes Y proposed a ten minute animated short. Inspired by Dilbert-style humor but maintaining a high degree of decorum (management was paying for this, after all), the video would show how the CIP could be used to promote quality in any setting - even a cartoon!
