Novell asked for a way to lighten up their all-day “Continuous Improvement Process” seminars. Sometimes Y created an animated short showing how CIP could be used to promote quality in any setting. Watch the short.

Kate Keene, our heroine and newly appointed manager of the Bucketly hotel, is reporting for duty. Little does she know what she’s in for.

Robert, the concierge, takes considerable pride in standing above the unwashed masses patronizing the Bucketly. Helping the bourgeoisie is a job for the clerk, after all.

The clerk, obviously unfamiliar with such socio-economic concepts, relaxes and does his best to make himself feel at home.

“The rooms are too cold!” It seems that clientele’s resentment over their mistreatment is beginning to rise to the surface!

“The rooms are too HOT!” These complaints are mild compared to what comes next!
